DRM Foundation (Development of Resources and Management) is a development organisation, registred under Trust Act ,and working with marginalised communities particularly in Chennai, Chenglput, kancheepuram and Thiruvallur districts of Tamil Nadu. The aim of the organisation is to promote sustainable development among the needy those who do not have basic needs like housing, food, cloth and other hierarchy of needs.

DRM Foundation focuses on skill development, economic development through thrift and saving, create employment opportunities, micro credit, farmers development , tailoring and computer education, tribal welfare, make use of solar and biogas program, disaster management and support, housing and infrastructure development, support to street and working children, physically challenged and senior citizens, environmental issues affecting health, hygiene, climate change awareness, the need for promoting agriculture and other greeneries in areas prone to afforestation and deforestation.
DRM Foundation is established in the year 2017 with the three dedicated socially motivated and service minded and experienced people who are the professionals and capable of conducting the capacity building, project monitoring and evaluation, networking with stake holders, and is able to give the basic information on Health, Disaster Risk Reduction and management, counseling and guidance. The trustees have attended many trainings to improve their knowledge and skills to deliver their service effectively such as, Staff development training, Community organization and development ,Management on health, Officials & non officials engaged in welfare development of women and children of weaker section & minorities, Total quality management (TQM) and continuous improvement cycle (CI) and Regional master trainer strategist training on Disaster management
